Easy and Light Buffalo Drummie Recipe Light Buffalo Drumsticks You Can Set and Forget in the Crock Pot!

My oven has been a nightmare to deal with lately,  It has decided to cook everything at a cool 500 degrees.  So I have been having to rely on my grill and crock pot until I find another one.  The kiddos had requested wings.  Problem- no oven so I had to improvise.  It turned out ok well better than ok,  They loved them so I thought I would share! 

Here is my Easy Recipe for Light Buffalo Drumsticks You Can Set and Forget in the Crock Pot!

Easy & Light Buffalo Drummies

Light Buffalo Drumsticks You Can Set and Forget in the Crock Pot!

Ingredients

  • 12 Chicken Drumsticks with skin on
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Seasoned Salt- Of your choice
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic-Jarred is fine
  • 1 1/2 cup Wing Sauce-Of your Choice

Instructions

  1. Gather all of your ingredients & Grab a "non-stick" sheet pan and spray lightly with cooking spray.  Then drizzle your drummies with olive oil and evenly coat with seasoned salt of your choice.  I use "lawry's" or "great american" for everything but any ssalt will do.  

  2. After sprinkling and coating your drumsticks, spread them out evenly on your greased sheet pan and set oven to broil.  

  3. Broil on each side for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.  

  4. Remove drumsticks from oven or broiler and place in greased crock pot or slow cooker.  Add chopped garlic and wing sauce of your choice.  Set to low and let cook for about 6 hours or until chicken falls off the bone.  

  5. Serve and wait for the compliments!
